& Woven

Saints and Cigarettes was borne out of a need to make sense of drastic changes that were taking place in my life. Over the years, it became a place for reflection and an opportunity to share my voice, which had been stifled for so long. It found a loyal readership and gave me the confidence to go back to my first love: poetry.

 

For as long as I can remember, I've been writing essays, reflections, stories - and of course, poems. Like my Greek heritage, writing is woven into my DNA. 

 

But I've also spent just as long helping others shape their words, often without realizing it. In boardrooms, in meetings, in quiet moments, in conversations where the right phrase(s) and stories makes all the difference.

Now I'm doing it with purpose.

Written and woven is the next step. Saints and Cigarettes will continue because I've only just begun sharing my own stories and there's so much more to share - but this space will become something more.

• Coaching and editing for writers, poets and storytellers starting their explorations. And others who may have a special occasion, milestone, or celebration coming up and need a supportive, yet honest, helpful guide to help shape their own narratives.  
   

• A podcast on writing, memory, and spirituality - with relevant book, music, art, and film recommendations to inspire and provoke.
